Gemini’s experienced Client Services Team serves as a main point of contact for our clients and works with all Gemini teams to provide effective communication, as well as efficient and seamless onboarding and/or conversion.

We build lasting relationships by understanding our clients’ needs and paying attention to the smallest of details.

Gemini’s Client Services Team provides the following services:

  • Guides the client through the onboarding process and manages client expectations
  • Oversees the process for all new fund launches and conversions
  • Coordinates and conducts all client meetings during fund launches or conversions, as well as ongoing meetings after the fund launches
  • Serves as the primary point of contact between the client and other Gemini teams or companies
  • Provides proactive solutions for clients
